  • Candidates pooling-Database/Advertisement in leading newspaper/ TV, FM, social media etc. for candidates pooling/Headhunting etc.
  • Candidates Screening
  • Submitting CVs when necessary /Schedule interview
  • Final Interview-Trade test when required for skilled positions.
  • Offer Letters
  • Medical Fitness Test.
  • ¬† Documents submission to employer- passport copies, photos and medical fitness certificates submission.
  • Visa
  • Final approval from the ministry of labour
  • Deployment- Itinerary
